Release: Gateway Relay v2.7.6-relay

- Bundle Secure Link Connector builds and signed image metadata with Relay releases
- Apply the pinned connector image while Relay maintenance is active
- Reconcile managed connector containers on Docker target nodes before leaving the maintenance window
